Clean enough site but it is packed with caravans. Statics and tourers that are sited all year round. It looks like it's a site that wants families there as they have a car and swimming pool but yet they have no place for kids to play other than a tiny play area. They just seem to have crammed as many caravans on the site than they possibly can to get more ground rent. A pity really. They need some local competition I think to make them think a bit more about the customers as there are no more sites locally. Next time I think we'll stay at Brynowen down the road in Borth. We stayed there before and there's a lot more space.

The caravans are OK the kids game room is shocking the pool tables the cushions are hanging off and most of the arcade machines are broken! The pool balls also look like they've been chewed by a dog! But the staff are nice

Beautiful part of the world! We stayed in a lovely private rented caravan. The site itself tho is not in my opinion equipped for a family! There is no grassy area for kids to play. The park well is that what you would call it? Just a site overloaded with caravans. Wouldn't recommend for a family holiday, unless you wanted just to use it primarily as a base. The pool is OK. The club house had nothing at all on and it looked mostly shut. Alot of things was out of order. Most annoying thing for me was not having a nice grassy area where kids could play a bit of footy or something of an evening.
