Llyn Rhys Campsite

What a lovely gem of a campsite! Beautiful scenery, friendly and welcoming owners, and great facilities. We’ve just come back from a weekend stay with our tentbox and kids and are already thinking of booking again. Definitely recommend.

Liked: Lovely friendly welcome. A beautiful setting, field surrounded by sheep and long reaching views of woodland and mountains in the distance. Very quiet with bags of space. Firepit available to hire (very reasonable price) which we made the most of.
Very clean shower block and toilets.
A fantastic relaxing stay..... We will be back :)
*(only remark... Not big enough to mention in the 'dislike' box, could do with a tap to rince at the chemical waste... There may have been one but I couldn't t see it.)

Liked: Lovely campsite. Close to all amenities. The owner was lovely came out to show us our pitch & we were left alone for our stay. Perfect night for it. As a regular camper myself it had always been a dream of mine to get my other half out and about in nature & I must say every aspect was perfect. The scenery is beautiful & everything you need to reset the mind.
Thankyou again! We will be back :)

Liked: Great little camp site, very clean, no noise. Campers very well spaced out. Facilities very clean and inviting. Lovely owners with lots of information and free range eggs for sale.

Great location for walking in the area. Definitely a site we will be back too in the future.

Liked: Lovely small, friendly, family run site. Beautifully clean and maintained. I booked it as an overnight stop on my way to Northumbria and Scotland but liked it so much I returned for a further 2 nights on my return journey as it was an ideal location to visit Chester and Llangollen.

Liked: We were made very welcome and had our pick of areas to camp, all well maintained, flat and with lovely views of the surrounding hills and fields. Toilets, showers, pot cleaning areas and the whole site is spotlessly clean. Llyn Rhys is a lovely place to relax and close to Llangollen and Offa's Dyke for walking and exploring. We loved this campsite!

Had a great holiday with them. Host was very helpfull and kind. you can enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset. The camp site is very calm. They have two private shower rooms and one family shower room.

Liked: Easy to get to on my motorcycle, friendly staff and willing to help. Very clean toilets and wash up area. Good fire stand and supplies (provided fire starter and kindling). Busy but quiet. Nice location.
