This is our second trip here. The glamps are so pretty and the beds are the most comfortable. The hot tub is the icing on the cake, with a fantastic view. We will definitely be booking trip no 3 soon

I have to say that I was disappointed with my stay. As per previous comments, I had to ring the owner to find out where I was staying and then didn't see her again for the duration of my stay. I text her to say I was leaving, but 2 weeks later haven't heard a thing from her - not even to enquire if I enjoyed my stay. The 'facilities' were non existent, no shower and this is after all restrictions have been lifted so I don't think a stay of more than one night is feasible. The only cooking facility was in the kitchen, and if the site had been full there would have been a lengthy que to cook anything. No fires were allowed due to the heat wave we had for two days! The site in general is quite run down and a little shabby and would benefit was an upgrade. I'm sorry to say that this isn't really glamping at all except for having a bell tent and hot tub (which wasn't very clean)!

We had a lovely 2 night stay here my daughter (7) loved it. Being from the busy city it was just what we needed to have a break away, it was quiet peaceful and had lovely views.
Our tent was spotless with plenty of room and the bedding was such a pretty detail. I can appreciate the need for showers and Electric but we took a battery pack and wet wipes and made most of the experience, the host was in touch throughout our stay letting us know they were there if needed and we were shown how to use hot tub and fire along with what loo to use. We went to Porthcawl the one day and took torches cards and other bored games and just enjoyed the stay.

We stayed last night in the honeybee tent, very spacious, immaculate, beds very comfortable. The owners were lovely, the 2 boys loved running around the fields. Will definitely be coming again,we all really enjoyed.

Upon arrival, first impressions were mixed amongst my family. Much smaller site than I anticipated, beautiful views but very overgrown with nowhere for the kids to play any ball games to keep themselves amused for the odd hour here and there.
Apparently there was a pub just a short walk down the road. Yes there was a pub at the end of a busy lane only just wide enough to fit a car on let alone people walking past with children and a dog, but more of a 15 minute wak
Each tent had its own builders yard portaloo style toilet, which we didn’t use until late the first evening where we found out it didn’t flush nor did it have any hand washing facilities inside or anywhere near to it. We text the owner who finally responded around 9.45 am the next morning saying she would look into the flushing problem. By which time you can imagine the disgusting smell. While we were out for day she had been to the portaloo as there was fresh toilet cleaner around the loo but still the flushing problem hasn’t been resolved.
There was no running hot water to wash our cooking or eating utensils and no showers available ‘due to covid’ even though all restrictions have been lifted.
We paid an extra £10 per night for our dog , I fail to see the purpose of the charge for this ? We also paid an extra charge for a hot tub that was hot but an error code meant that the jets didn’t work so was at best a luke warm bath.
The site advertised having charging facilities , which was actually a little solar box with only enough charge to power fairy lights within the tent, not a hope of charging a phone.
The tents themselves were spacious, the bed linen and accessories pretty to look at, but felt damp to the skin.
We booked a 3 night stay for 2 adults and 2 children and our dog. We paid £430 for an experience would never wish to repeat. We actually only stayed for 2 nights and left at 8am the morning after the 2nd night, as We just couldn’t go anywhere exploring/visiting without having a wash of any kind. We have camped on sites previously in our own tent with better site facilities for as little as £20 per night.
I’m not quite sure how the price is justified. Or even how it is allowed to function without basic washing facilities.

On arrival all I was given was the name of the tent i was staying in via Text message ,no face to face meet and greet, never seen the owners at all on our two night stay. Another couple from a different tent had to show us which toilet we had to use(which wasn't the best),surely it wasn't there responsibility?
Would of it been too much trouble for the owner of this site to say thankyou for booking and hope you enjoyed your stay? Think not!! Perhaps the reason being he or she knows this shouldn't be classed as Glamping but just tents on a field and very basic field with no showers nor electricity. Really wasn't worth anywhere near the money of what is being charged per night .Also still unsure why showers were unavailable due to covid as the reason to not being able to use even though restrictions have been lifted? Personally couldn't see anywhere on the site that would of accomadated a shower room nor kitchen facilities in first place!.
Such a disappointing first experience of glamping, I recommend peeps really do their research before booking.I certainly will be in the future that's for sure! No matter how beautiful the views were the price to stay was way over the top!

‘Glamping’ it was not. NOTHING glamorous about this site. Considering reporting to the trades description act. Foolishly, it never once occurred to me before the trip that a ‘glamping’ site would not have showers, hot water, hygienic toilets, waste disposal facilities or electricity. Had the website been more transparent I would have been more prepared. Please please consider posting an in inventory so customers can bring with them what is lacking. To be fair the lack of showers was due to covid restrictions I believe. The best part, the views & the beds were super comfy. The worst part, no electricity supply, portaloos 🤢. Such a shame as this site has huge potential. We made the best of it but was MASSIVELY overpriced for very basic facilities. Disappointed 😔

It's cramping not glamping. No showers one place to wash your hands. That to share with 9 other tents.
Say you can charge your phones but it's just a solar panel box that has to ran the lights too. So your phone will not charge.
I think out of 9 tents only 2 tents met the owners. She txt everyone else.
The best thing was the view.
