Brynhyfryd Campsite

Lovely campsite set in countryside. Only stayed 2 nights but we had a quiet, relaxed weekend. Loved the chickens and ducks running around free. Clean amenities. We will definitely return soon. Very reasonable price too 😊

Very run down and not well maintained. Bathrooms are basic at best, shower water runs into toilet cubicles. Shared hand towels between the whole site, ok clean daily but still..... The kitchen is very small, very basic and not maintained by the campsite staff. We used thi to wash our dishes but nothing else, very dirty, mouldy food etc. Pitches are a nice size and site is small so all close to the toilets etc but for the price, compared to other places we have stayed, very disappointed and wouldn't stay again. Love the resident cockerel though!

Small, farm campsite that was nice and quiet. Really good facilities with nice, hot showers. Price was very reasonable and the atmosphere was very chilled. Only thing I noticed was a large proportion of caravans; I had one of only 2 or 3 tents.

Really nice place. The entrance is untidy and the place has a lot of caravans, which made us think that we had the wrong place. However, our welcome was warm, pitches are lovely, shower / loo facilities are excellent. Kitchen a bit shabby and fridge was unclean, freezer mildly better but it did work!

Beautifully quiet campsite, the owners are fab and made us feel very welcome. You can see all the hard work going into this place! Great sized pitches and very cheap considering! Shower block is clean and tidy and everyone is very friendly.

Campsite is very friendly. Owners were very attentive and made my stay all the richer for it. Excellent value for money. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet weekend or week away.

My sister and I camped for a few nights with little ones.
Quiet little site with lovely showers, perfect for what we needed and wiggly’s farm next door.

Sorry but to forget bookings, mine was not the only one, is out of order! When I turned up the little site was full and I wasn't planned even though I'd paid in full almost 2 months before. The woman who did it was on holiday while I sat there with my 5 month old baby scrambling to find a place to stay. The man there was apologetic and refunded me right away, but that's a terrible way to run a business.
