Glasfryn Escapes Campsite

We camped here for 6 blissful nights and were blown away by how friendly and helpful the owners were. They bent over backwards to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The site is well situated and close to many of the area's attractions. Yet it is also very peaceful and uncrowded. The sea views are stunning and they have gone to great lengths to keep the site as natural as possible. Notwithstanding that, the facilities are modern and very clean and well maintained.

We thoroughly recommend Gareth's pizzas! What a fantastic place to stay in Pembrokeshire and reasonably priced too. We will definitely be coming back to this site again next year.

This is my favourite campsite ever! it is wonderfully located, wonderfully maintained and with only 9 pitches it is so serene and tranquil. The facilities are excellent and the Red Onion cafe is a wonderful bonus! I have now been several times and will return many more

A very warm welcome to a lovely site with amazing views and clean facilities. There is also an excellent cafe next to the site. We'll be back.

We're spending our last night here tonight. The nicest, cleanest and friendliest campsite we've been to. The ecological aspect is a bonus. We've thoroughly enjoyed the quality of our stay here. Quiet and well maintained. We're coming back next year!!

Can’t say enough nice things about this place and the owners. Quiet, best campground bathrooms I’ve had, delightful free range chickens (no annoying rooster) and great food at the attached cafe.

One of the loveliest campsites we’ve stayed in. Excellent facilities, clean, stylish and accommodating. The grounds are stunning with a gorgeous view to the sea in a peaceful setting. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners and were very kindly given some fresh eggs which were delicious. We’ll be recommending to friends and family, and hopefully returning ourselves at some point. Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing campsite! has got to be one of the best sites we have ever been too. The staff are all lovely and friendly, the Utilities are perfect. Toilets and showers were lovely! Views of Fishgaurd were incredible. Although we didn't get a chance to eat at the café but it looked incredible! Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I camped at Glasfryn Escapes for 8 nights in September. We camp all over the UK several times a year and I can honestly say that this is one of the best sites we have stayed at. We chose a pitch in the 'meadow' field and were lucky to have the entire field to ourselves. The field is huge and has very large mown areas amongst the long grass to pitch the tent. They have 5 pitches in this field. Each pitch includes a camp fire and picnic table and the views over the bay are stunning. The toilet and shower facilities were absolutely spotless and self contained ensuites. The owners allocated a unit to us for our entire stay which we loved and the shower had plentiful hot water. Not a spider in sight too (I'm an arachnophobic) They also provide a fridge freezer which was perfect for storing food in the hot weather, and a treat too as so many sites don't offer them.
Fishguard is a stunning little place with a cute harbour and all the amenities you would need. Popty cafe serve the best breakfasts, so good that we went twice and had to restrict ourselves from going more often! The fish and chips at Hooked were great too.
Finally, the owners will do anything to help and are so friendly. We enjoyed our daily catch ups putting the world to rights.
We really had an amazing time at this stunning campsite.
