Fantastic place! Stunning views and a wonderful safe relaxing place to get away with the dogs.
I had a lovely peaceful holiday here, beautiful location. My dogs had the best time running around and playing off-lead in the secure field each day while I got to enjoy kicking back with a glass of wine enjoying views of the Welsh landscape. Some nice places to walk and visit a short drive away too.

Was greeted by a lovely warm welcome from friendly hosts on arrival, and ensured I had all I could need for a wonderful relaxing enjoyable stay.

I had such a nice time I decided to extend my holiday, and as the (very comfortable) caravan wasn't available for the extra night, the management very kindly offered me to upgrade to the Pod at a discounted rate!

The Pod is very beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and romantic. I cooked a lovely meal and sat and enjoyed it out on the decking overlooking stunning views with my dogs. A little peace of heaven!

If you want somewhere to escape to with your dogs, unbothered by anyone, to clear your mind and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Welsh countryside I cannot recommend a better more relaxing or well-equipped place.

I have already booked to return next year!

Beautifully located with views over the welsh hills, pencastell is a wonderful place for dog friendly holidays with secure offlead free run areas and a warm, cosy pod with everything you need for a self catering break, including comfortable beds and a great shower. If you don’t want to cook, you can order delicious meals cooked by Georgina and be supplied breakfast packs. If you are looking for peace and quiet and somewhere to enjoy nature and take a moment to look at the stars or even as a base to explore the local area, with or without dogs this is the perfect place. We have already booked again!

Absolutely amazing place!! Some places say they are dog friendly when what they actually mean is its OK to bring a dog, however Pencastell views truly are dog friendly and is run brilliant people.
Don't mess about cooking order food provided you want be disappointed

Giving this place 5 stars doesn't do it justice. The owners Jay and Georgie are terrific hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is pristine and the off lead area for dogs is huge and secure. The surrounding area is stunning and there is plenty to discover in the surrounding villages. Top marks for the hosts and their venue.

Lovely getaway to the countryside, can't get a rural than this place, hosts were lovely and welcoming, our 4 dogs loved it and felt right at home, off lead secure area is fantastic plus nice and secure around the cabins as well. Will come back next year

Dog Friendly and fabulous for a peaceful time away.

From arrival the hosts were very welcoming and gave a full tour of our stay , dog friendly is a understatement everything was catered for both our children and pet, we had an amazing stay with fabulous views, the pod was really clean and fresh with everything provided we could need with the weather being an extra bonus !. an extra thanks for bringing out the big ladder to rescue not one but two boomerangs out of the high trees form the kids! Lovley touch whilst we were having our bbq was bringing the kids an ice cream over just so thoughtful. Most definitely worth the drive we will be back
