I should have posted this review a long time ago. My wife and I were lucky enough to spend our wedding night in Shepherd's Rest, one of the amazing Shepherds huts available at Greenhill. The hut was comfortable and brilliantly laid out, with everything we could have needed, and more. The views were amazing, and Neil and Wendy are amazing hosts. I really can't rate it highly enough. The site has everything you need for a fantastic countryside break, yet it's close enough to major transport links that you could enjoy a day in one of the local towns, before retreating for a relaxing evening. Stop thinking about it, and get booking. You'll love it.

We had a magical time staying in one of Greenhill's luxurious shepherd's huts. They have everything you need to relax and unwind in total seclusion! Thank you Wendy and Neil. We'll see you again soon!

There is something special about this place that I can't quite find the words for. It even has its own charm on a rainy day. Thank you so much for the hospitality Wendy and Neil. This experience has been priceless for us.

Such a lovely place, we loved the hut and our dog felt right at home too. Great facilities and beautiful views meant that we didn't mind the wind and rain as it was so cozy.

Stayed in the Ploughman's Retreat for two nights and it was lovely. Very cosy and comfortable. Well equipped with some great welcome treats. So peaceful. Could definitely have stayed for longer as there is loads to do in the area as well as good local walks

We have stayed in Shepherd's Huts before but none of them compared to the Shepherd's Watch at Greenhill Glamping. The hut was perfectly kitted out with everything thought of, breakfast hamper was plentiful and delicious and the place was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the area-we went on Walk 1 and ended up in the local pub after having one of the best roast dinners we've ever had. I would also recommend popping in to Folkstone (11 mins away) to the harbour arm/beach if the weather is good and you want something a little busier for lunch or dinner. Incredible stay.
