Kings Down Tail Caravan and Camping Site

Amazing site with fantastic facilities including on site shop, catering (fresh pizza etc.) , new toilet and shower block, pods, games room and playground.

We have used this site for around ten years and has always been great!

Lovely quiet camp site with level hard standing and grass pitches. Well stocked shop and excellent washroom facilities. Ideally situated for visiting the beautiful Devon and Dorset jurassic coast.

Top class! Spacious and quiet with a play area for children, a shop, cafe area, and very affordable. Immaculately clean shower rooms and toilet facilities. Would definately go again.

Really nice campsite. Friendly staff in a well stocked reception/ campshop. Pretty quiet when we were there after the rush of the bank holiday, so it was perfect for a few peaceful nights in the tent. Facilities all very clean, nice play park for the kids and a track to walk the dogs around. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to enjoy pizza night or other events. We were in a tent, in the field next to a games field but also plenty of caravans and glamping too. Recommended.

The site and facilities are always clean and tidy.. Level pitches across the site. Easy access to the coastal path and next big town of Sidmouth. Helpful and friendly staff. Very highly recommended. Will visit again if in the area.

Absolutely blissful experience in this gorgeous treehouse. So peaceful and romantic a perfect getaway for anyone looking for a beautiful retreat in a great location. Honestly couldn’t fault it. With a wonderful welcoming touch.

Excellent location. 200 yds from Donkey Sanctuary. Short drive to Sidford where can walk into Sidmouth along the river.
