I stayed here for four nights while I fished the upper end of the Usk. This lovely farm and campsite were the perfect antidote to life inside the M25. Baby lambs, Otter, kingfishers, Heron, dippers, Pheasant, wagtails, three small Brown Trout plus the spectacular surrounding scenery were a real feast for the eyes. Thanks to the Jones family for being such friendly hosts. Hope to see you next spring.

Lovely and peaceful campsite, the owner(lady) there was lovely and friendly.
I was there for 3 nights, I had a lovely spot right next to the river.
We also had a firepit, which was lovely at night.
The on-site cakes and cookies were lovely when we had our afternoon tea.
I would definitely come here again
Thanks very much.

Beautiful site, love the area. Used to come here yearly.

Sadly it is heavily over priced at £10per adult and £5 per child.
2 nights cost us £90, which is a bit excessive for a field.
Plus one shower which you have to also pay for.

Shame as I would love to come again, only worth it on your own really.

Owner is lovely, very friendly.
Beautiful river,

Been to this place twice alone. I liked this place. It’s clean in very good location by the river. Owners were very helpful and considerate. I enjoyed their homemade cookies and cake. I didn’t go out for walk or trekking around Brecon but is convenient place to go out for a walk around the valley. Toilets and shower is clean. Planning to go again next week with friends

Nice campsite on a working farm with sheep and cows. A bit noisy at times when they use machines but also very quiet with plenty of birds and lovely views by the River Usk. Brecon is a 4.5 mile mainly off road walk away or a 20 minute bus journey from the A40 junction. Very friendly helpful owners although a bit expensive compared to other sites with similar facilities. Motorhomers note there is no drive over motorhome drain, no terrestrial TV signal and poor satellite signal in the motorhome field due to the tall trees by the pitches, but overall a good weekend away.
