Very well set out store backed up by friendly staff and some really decent savings to be found in the store. Tip:- Purchase the loyalty card for £5 and save quite a bit at the till on your purchase, so much so it knocks out the cost of the card purchase and you still save. A win-win.

Always an awesome shopping experience and today was no different !!! Im mad at myself for not getting any names if the staff there today but the three people i dealt with went above and beyond.

The staff at Go Outdoors, Deepdale Preston are extremely helpful and friendly. In particular a gentleman called Jason. His customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this store.

Only gets 1 star as I can't give zero. Awful customer service when an order made online and told was ready to collect wasn't there. No option to take stock from in the store and point blank refusal to do anything other than refund or sell us the same stock at a higher price!

Whoever operates this company you need to scrap your faffy membership twaddle. Waiting in queues whilst cashiers fill out memberships for so called discounts. I decided to go next door to sports direct. Discounts with no membership. You stock great products but just ditch the membership.

Great service from Louise and Calvin, sorted my phone order, no problem, after which collection was easy. On a separate visit for something else, Ryan was brilliant with his customer service, he couldn't have been more helpful, many thanks indeed!

Excellent place to visit for the great outdoor and adventurous people. They have every thing from water proofs to footwear,hiking poles. If your keen or experienced rock climber even have the boots and ropes. Then upstairs for the Great outdoors camping & caravaning and mountain bikes. Well worth a visit. Have been many times. Will be back again. Mention you saw it on here first...... why go any where else....

Fairly priced when you have a membership, definitely not if you don’t. Helpful staff and nice store, sells equestrian items too.
