I was in the middle of a through hike and discovered I needed new boots. Woman in the hiking shoe department (long blonde hair, in 30s) was very helpful and honestly taught me useful things I hadn’t learned from my podiatrist about how my feet work! Highly recommend

Staff great always been helpful and knowledgeable to me and helped me out with anything and everything I come to them with staff are so friendly and approachable could never say bad word or a bad thing about the staff thay are great and happy to help so polite n positive staff had thing to find these days treat these guys with respect and be polite to them and thay will help you give a lil get a lot back respect those that help you and try to help those who need help too

Fantastic customer service here from Dan who helped me find the right pair of running shoes. He offered expert advice on fitting and the styles of running shoe. He was quick to suggest the pair that I eventually bought as a potential given my feedback on the first pair.

I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff that helped me choose my new walking boots. . Every one was very helpful and friendly and gave me some really good advice. I may of got my boots somewhere else cheaper but i felt the orpington branch was well deserving of my money. Would definately recommend. Really good value for amazing customer service.
