Oh my god I had a nail biting 10 days ... but camper essentials kept their word and delivered. I really appreciated that I got contacted in person to be told there is a problem with my order (not sure i would have been brave enough to do that) then got told what would happen to fix it and the got it fixed.... everything got delivered yesterday with perfect timing and in perfect condition... so from the Cobb Woman... thank you for my kit just before I go on hols... you totally rock

Camper Essentials were amazing, I highly recommend them. They were so helpful when we were looking to buy a rail and awning for our VW Campervan. Before we had even committed to buying anything, they gave us loads of advice on the different options and how to fit our rail. Once we had decided what we wanted, they went out of their way to get everything delivered to us in time for our holiday as we were doing it all last minute and needed everything quickly! The rail came with clear instructions which made it easy to instal. It was great getting all the different parts for the rail and awning all from one place as it gave us the confidence that it was all going to work for our trip and we would have everything we needed to fit the awning to our van. The prices were great and with it you got friendly helpful advice. Thanks again, we love our awning and it made a huge difference to our camping holiday with our toddler!

Having done my usual hour or ten surfing the 'net to look for what I wanted, I stumbled upon Camper Essentials. I was looking for an awning rail and could see that they had something a little different to those found on the popular auction site, so I called and spoke to Sach. As others have said, very friendly, understanding and helpful without any pressure at all. I ended up buying the extended version of the bolt-on awning rail. As soon as I unpacked it, the quality was evident and head and shoulders above the common alternatives. Yes, this particular item costs more but a) you get the unquestionable quality, b) you know you'll get the support/further advice if and when you need it and c) it's supporting the independents. I'll for sure be heading back to Camper Essentials when the new stock of canopies comes in the spring and know that I'll get sound advice from Sach based on real life experience.

Purchased some replacement inflatable tent beams. Customer service was exemplary. Followed up on a delivery query and even double checked the item I was ordering was suitable for my tent before dispatching. Definitely went above and beyond.
Will use again and would very much recommend.
