Fantastic Atmosphere, friendly staff and the shop looks great. The sales person I spoke to was knowledgeable and understood my needs. I have faith in the kit I was sold and look forward to using it. I would highly recommend for DofE. Speak to the man with the beard!

This was my first time at this store. The customer service provided by Chris was second to none. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product I was interested in ( walking shoes ). He couldn't have been more helpful ensuring that I had the right fit and comfort. I was encouraged to take my time and walk around the store to make sure I was purchasing the right pair for me. I was very impressed with his service and the other friendly staff. Chris is without question a brilliant ambassador for the company. A very positive experience which encourages more visits and more purchases.

Great staff at this store. Knowledgable, helpful, experienced in outdoor activities. It really helps to talk to people, who have used different equipment in the wilds, on trails and in the mountains. Excellent stock of books and maps too.

A well layed out store. A fairly good range but not as big as I was expecting for the size of the store! When I went in to get some new shoes they hadn't got many shoes in stock. Free parking is a plus point.

Brilliant store. Got what I needed for much less than expected (15% off everything for National Trust members as well). Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent range and stock. Was properly fitted for a backpack for the first time ever and definitely recommend this. This place is the real deal.

This store is poorly organised with no real flow.
Clothing mixed all over the shop so you need to be prepared to have a good hunt to get what you want.
Hardly any prices on many products.
Requested to sign up with email to use discount and get email receipt- this has still get to arrive….
A real let down to be honest.
Bags were free, plenty of parking, Waitrose next door is nice.

Always worth a visit. Good staff and welcoming everytime. Stock has begun to appear back in store but I'd like to see more brands represented and the ladies section is underwhelming.

Bought my running shoes here, with the help of very qualified and helpful staff. Had a run on a tred mill with "video capture analysis". Picked THE PERFECT PAIR, that I'm wearing everywhere now) no pain in the knees.
