Trespass

Needed to get a few bits for my camping gear in readiness for the new season. Was greeted by a friendly shop assistant who really seemed to know his job! There was no hard sell, or even worse complete disinterest, but just the right amount of helpfulness and knowledge. Not a shop I frequent often but after this experience I wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Went into purchase a coat last week. Was met by a lovely young man, Jakey I believe he said his name was. He helped me find the best coat for the best price. Went above and beyond as I am very fussy when purchasing all weather gear. Spent a good while with me and answered all my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the store after the fantastic service I received from this young man. Thank you Jakey.

Was visiting last Wednesday and was offered excellent customer service by a young gentleman. He was bubbly, approachable and answered all my queries without any bother and with great product knowledge. 5 stars for Trespass Haverfordwest!

Our daughter surprised us with a trip to Iceland. We needed warm jackets. We went to our local branch at Haverfordwest only to find they had switched their winter range to the summer one. Two very nice ladies asked if we needed any help and we explained our situation. One of the ladies went to look in the store room but came back empty-handed. They suggested they would ask the person who packed them away to have a look first thing Monday and took our number. True to their word we had the call to say they found them and went over to collect the jacket. The staff were fab and could not have been more helpful. Thank you Trepass.

I needed some advice before buying outdoor clothing. I was delighted how friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic the two staff members in the Haverfordwest store were.

Super impressed. Quick phone call to store beforehand to ascertain they had stock and was told to sign up for a 20% discount. In store Sarah was super helpful and I saved £20 and got just what I needed. Recommend!

I am a regular customer at Trespass Haverfordwest and just want to say what fantastic service I get. I bought some walking boots a year ago and the stitching failed so they leaked. Sarah the manager helped me select a pair of stronger and better boots and refunded the old ones as they were faulty without question. She also helped me select and buy the best DLX jacket which I bought too. Great service good shop. Thanks Sarah

Went in here on Sunday 2nd January hoping to buy a coat, I found the perfect coat but unfortunately they did not have my size.
I therefore asked the lady assistant if they had my size in the store room and as so often happens these days I was expecting the answer “all we have is out”, however she checked and then confirmed they had no stock.
She was then joined by another lady at the counter who rang some other branches to see if they had any stock and located the coat I wanted in Aberystwyth, they even offered to have it brought down from there.
As I live pretty much as close to Aberystwyth as I do Havorfordwest I decided to drive there the following day, very kindly that store reserved the coat for me.
Got to the store early Monday morning and was served by a really friendly guy, bought the coat and I am delighted with it.
A big thank you to the 2 ladies in Havorfordwest, your customer service and friendliness was exceptional and so refreshing in these times.
