Barfia London

Not much was left on their shelf this week, as it's Rakhi. The busiest time of the year. Last year was better. But I'm guessing it's because of covid. Still like their sweets.

The burfi is presented really nicely but I feel they are priced way too expensive. And I'm not too keen on the flavors. I prefer the natural and old school flavours which other shops not too far from here do better. I will re-visit to buy gifts for others rather than buying for myself. My verdict is try it - you may enjoy the different flavors.

Very poor customer service, called up to see if there was any stock, was told she has too much stock, went in barely nothing there. Waste of journey ended up buying something I wasn't satisfied with. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Dont think ill be visiting again.
To your response below, there was not 18 flavours there only 8/9 and the lady couldn't speak english so I don't know how she would be able to provide good service. She didn't say much at all, she just said "all gone"

Absolute joke, wanted to place an order of over 60 boxed but we weren’t allowed to try any flavours to confirm which ones we wanted? On top of that, we spoke to the owner on the phone who was just plain rude and has no customer service skills. Came here in the past when it was under different ownership and placed an order for over 500 barfis and their customer service was incredible. Oh how far this branch has fallen, definitely going to another branch to give them our business instead.

Best samosa chaat I’ve had - the masala tea is just amazing too. The staff are so friendly and such a lovely welcome into this Barfia every time I come in. Highly recommended

Not great service, not a happy atmosphere, as soon as I entered the shop, they were rushing me, I don’t recommend this place. The head office do not how to speak, poor customer service. They need training to deal with customer enquiries. Otherwise it was packaged well.

Please don't expect to see as advertised, you expected to know that you will not always get as advertised and need to read the flavours within the boxes as they will vary from what is shown in the picture and what is printed on the menu card. There will be some substitute flavours which are not printed on the menu card, if there is limited stock or if we have new products available, as a customer you are expected to know this to avoid disappointment really poor
