Super speedy service. I ordered a scorch and a shogun separately and both arrived next day. In fact the paddle was more like half a day.

Bought an Ozone from Jiri last year, he was super professional and friendly.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the courier. Jiri refunded the amount I paid for "speedy" delivery and then delivered the boat to me in person!

Most Friendly kayaking shop/owner I've ever used. Superfast delivery, fantastic price, knows his products. Despite him having an extremely long day, we chatted for ages. Genuine man who deserves success.

I was going to write a negative review as I feel that it's bad form to break from the convention of allowing free demos on event days - not everyone wants, or has space in their schedule to paddle lots of boats for all day. However it seems like the shop has been given some questionably fake reviews - therefore to reassure people I have lots of friends who have bought boats and gear from Jiri and the RR crew, and any issues have always been resolved promptly.

Helpful staff and great advice. Good boat and gear stocks and a big demo fleet.

The team at RR had the boat in stock that I'd had a nightmare finding in Scotland, bought it all the way up and delivered over Xmas. Jiri and Ryan both faultless. Great price, service and attitude. I'll be back 👍. Cheers

Fantastic shop. Jiri (the owner) is incredibly friendly and helpful and went completely above and beyond to set me up with the perfect boat. He's always happy to provide advice about anything paddling related and always happy to hear from you. Any orders I've placed through the website have arrived quickly and without issue. Prices have always been on the cheaper end compared to other paddling shops. Can't recommend this shop enough.
