I had a great experience with CKS when they upgraded my SL350 with a roof module, wheel spacers and with painting the brakes. My vehicle was dropped to them first to work on before it was exported to me in Gaborone. I was very impressed with their professional and efficient work-all while I never got the chance to meet the team in person. Highly recommended and I would definitely use them again!

Ordered a Panamericana style grille for my C Class from their website including fitting. Very friendly and helpful and fitted in less than an hour! I wouldn't try to fit one of these myself as you have to take the whole bumper off which is why I took it to them. Very happy with the whole experience (showed me the grille before fitting it and wrapped the old one up for me to keep too) and the car looks so much better! The seems good quality and looks a perfect fit. Definitely recommended.

This review could quite easily span over several pages, but I will just state the basic facts.
I ordered the kit and paid in full on the 5th September 2021 and being special order was quoted delivery in 6 to 8 weeks approx. The order finally arrived on the 5th of January 2022
CKS were very good at communication and even provided full tracking so that I could see the parcel just sitting in Germany for months without moving and explained all the problems were being caused by Piecha, whom in all honesty are a nightmare company to deal with and according to Google Piecha are now permanently closed.
In December CKS gave me a full refund and then contacted me when the kit finally arrived in January asking if I still wished to purchase the item, so all in all they were very good dealing with the pre order problems.
The quality and finish on this Piecha product are horrendous. The rear diffuser was damaged and marked all over in several places and the advertised highly polished tailpipes were scuffed and marked all over and not suitable to be fitted without having them repaired first. The rear diffuser advertised as ready to paint will need to be filled, sanded, primed, and then paint.
The instructions say to check the fit first and adjust, if necessary, well it doesn’t fit and there is no adjustment, you need to physically cut and modify this to make it fit and it will still leave gaps in certain places. This is not my own opinion; this was the report from Mercedes Benz.
On my experience I would never order another Piecha product and would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering anything that is made by Piecha to think twice and be prepared to receive goods that are not fit for purpose.
My local Mercedes Benz dealership were extremely helpful in repairing the received damaged Diffuser, modifying it so that it would fit and then carrying out the installation at considerable expense on top of the initial thousand-pound outlay for the kit.
I contacted CKS immediately on the day the parcel arrived and emailed them photos of the damaged box and the damaged goods.
CKS did email a photo of the goods before dispatch, however as you can see the photo is from a distance and not high resolution which makes it extremely difficult to spot any damage if in fact it was present before or after despatch.

And that was it, I have had NO contact and not heard a thing since that email sent 7 months ago.
The equipment without doubt arrived damaged and photographic proof was sent within 10minutes of the courier delivering. I think most will agree any reputable company would have rectified the situation.

I ordered my Panamericana grill for my 2018 c300 and it came in 5 days. I live in Edmonton(Canada) and I was amazed by how quick it got here being it was in the UK. The grill itself was packaged well and in very good condition. It fit very well on my car as seen in the picture ! I’m happy with the purchase and I give CKS 5 stars !

I Bought online from CKS, what was described as Mercedes AMG OEM badge, cost £68, was literally a thin plastic low quality sticky back badge. I asked to return it because I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with it. I would never have bought this had I seen it for the quality it was. I asked to reign it for a refund in the original order and packaging. This was refused because CKS said it’s basically my fault I go t like it snd they are happy with it being sold as a genuine Mercedes AMG part. I took it into my local Mercedes AMG dealer who have never seen the item and don’t see AMG products made of low grade plastic . But the price is genuine AMG . I will buy nothing more from this business.

LOTS of major missing parts that I had to get from dealer for over $1000 plus the cost to store my car for 2 weeks while we've waited for parts at the body shop...

The main mounting bracket- missing $338 pic shows bracket bought from dealer.
Sensor brackets missing $80, pic shows ones from dealer.
Both the night vision Camera and front 360 camera require brackets that were not provided. $200 ordered from dealer 4 day delivery.
Packaging was completely loose with no attempt to protect contents... Bumper was scuffed terribly and both wheel well inserts were cracked requiring Jerry rigged patch work on a $225k car...

iThis kit is half the cost of one thru an MB dealer parts desk... The dealer looked over the parts and estimated a total cost of about $3200 for the complete kit...

Total rip off. Also they provided no packing list or instructions for the body shop to consider...

Don't try to call them, they don't have phone support. Emailed with no response...

Very quick to respond to my google review but my email remains unread... Happy Holidays indeed.

Also, missing parts were specifically for the new 2018+ trim not the 2017 they could not be xfered. Please post the packing list that includes the 2018+ trim sensor housings, the two camera mounts that are different than 2017 and the main mounting frame which is a different part number completely and I will delete this post. The only parts that could be reused where the cameras, sensor harness and the top mounting bracket.

Wish I'd read the reviews prior to placing an order - riddled with complaints. This company seem to spout excuse after excuse to portray themselves as a reputable outfit. Paid for 24 delivery service (5 days before Christmas) , the part hasn't arrived. On contacting CKS Performance to discuss this I was absolutely disgusted with their response. An extremely rude, obnoxious excuse for a 'man' stated that it's not their problem and it's " 'tough' 'cos you ain't getting a refund for the postage" £8-75. " It's not our problem !" Tried to put my view across and was constantly and aggressively interrupted before being hung up on. Not a good service by any stretch. They clearly don't like criticism and block your phone number to prevent you contacting them again ( well, not on that number anyway ).
