Been looking for a secondhand Roofbox on the vatious auction type sites and decided that it was easier to bite the bullet and buy new. Luckily A1 Epic weren't too far away and having got a positive feel when I rung them to make sure the Thule boxes were on display and available we drove over.

Sure enough we got to see the two boxes we were interested in and decided on the slightly more expensive one. Dean was very patient and not at all pushy. Dean then proceeded to mount the box on our car (we already had the bars), put the internal straps through the loops, and place the 2 keys on a keyring.

Good old fashioned customer service and I got the feeling that should we ever encounter a problem with the box that A1 Epic would assist.

These guys are brilliant. Their customer service is second to none. They are very friendly, easy gong and down to earth whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.

I hired a roof box from them for my 7 nights stay to the west coast of Wales. They sorted me out with a good deal for 11 days. There is absolutely no hassle involved with hiring a roof box from these guys.

You book and reserve by paying a deposit. You turn up with your vehicle on the agreed date where they will fit the roof box and bars and explain everything with respect to how to use the box, they'll measure your height so you know which barriers of any you'll need to avoid. You'll need to pay a security payment for the box which ours refunded when you return the box.

Once finished you turn up on the agreed date and they'll remove the box for you (doesn't take long at all 5 minutes tops). You go in the store and get a refund on the security payment. Simple.

If you need to hire a roof box and you are from the Leicester out surrounding areas you need to use these guys.

Have used these guys for years and would not consider anywhere else for anything motor accessories related. This week I unwittingly crushed my roofbox, see pictures below. By any standards this looked unrecoverable but I spoke with Dean who picked up after hours and organised everything for the morning after despite covid restrictive working. On arrival I was met by Matt who was fully briefed and he worked wonders on the box, completing the impossible in just one hour. Great service, great result and asked only for a nominal amount which I duly improved because I was delighted with the outcome. The rest of the motor trade can learn a lot from these guys. Really impressed with customer service here. After a frustrating morning at Halfords, Epic sorted us out very quickly with a roof box. Very friendly and helpful staff who clearly care about their business. Will definitely be back.

Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. Having had number plates made up here and a couple of other accessories, I made a bee-line to Epic Accessories when I needed some Thule roof bars and a roof box for holiday after downsizing the car.

The staff at Epic were happy to advise and helped me try different options, without any sales push or patter.

I left with exactly what I needed at a good price, a friendly wave goodbye and job done.

It had to happen…..after a life-time of driving, my current car wouldn’t start when I was ten miles from home. I phoned Epic Accessories and Paul arrived 25 minutes later. During that time, I tried to start it many times. Now,
would you believe, it started about one minute before Paul arrived. Did I feel embarrassed ?……a very big, red faced, YES.
So,I drove the car to Epic and they spent many hours and tests to find the fault, and I was beginning to dread the bill. Their dedication and service was exceptional. Other friends of mine have also expressed the same sentiments. Oh, and the bill ?…..far, far less than I had expected !!

I’ve been searching the internet for months looking for new wheel nuts for my car and a friend pointed me towards epic accessories, staff are so helpful and friendly they sorted me out within about 10 minutes and I must have spent nearly an hour in there looking at all their other stuff, such an Aladdin’s cave of automotive parts, I will defiantly be making another visit very soon ! Best in the business by a mile !
