Called them and was told a battery was available for my Toyota RAV4. Greeted by a friendly gentleman who installed my replacement battery within 10 minutes. Great customer service at a very competitive price. Will definitely recommend to all.

Family member bought a cheaper battery from a national (well known competitor) and was not only sold the wrong battery (not powerful enough) but one without full charge too. They were not interested in helping her with a replacement and infact expected her to pay again for it and get refund on the duff one once she brought it back. Told them they were not getting more of her money!

Went to groves and whilst intial cost appeared more it was a better standard battery, higher voltage (more suitable for vehicle) fully charged and took the old one off us for recycling.
They were even prepared to fit the new battery for a nominal fee ( in 30 plus degree heat) but we couldn't get the high vehicle with roof tent in the workshop.

Outstanding guys and great proffesionals. My wife (Ukrainian) had problem with BMW electric system and battery mulfunction. And been far away i couldnt help better than just find Groves by internet. Good price for fitting a replacement battery for my wifes vauxhall astra.

Purchased a Battery via the website and used Click and Collect. Went to collect it, was in waiting area and nobody around so popped back outside and met an employee, I asked if he was the only person in today? He promptly said "Can't you see I'm busy" utterly rude response to a polite question, absolutely terrible customer service! I can't imagine what it would be like if you have a warranty problem with a battery!!! Be warned.
