Formula One Autocentres - Guildford

The staff was spectacular they went above and beyond with the customer service they were helpful. It was going to cost a lot of money to fix my aircon, they let me purchase the part myself(obviously if it was broken when I received it that was my decision). They then squeezed me in and thankfully got my aircon working for me. My husband was impressed as they kept the part they removed to show him.
I would highly recommend Guildfor branch and will definitely use again.

late on a Friday my car broke down in Guildford, luckily i was able to drop it off here. They had a lot of jobs going on and i was worried that it would take a long time to fix my car but they got it repaired so quickly and were so kind over the phone. I've been ripped of by garages before but these guys really looked after me and got my car back up and running. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I would just like to say what a really great experience I had with F1 and specifically Dave and his phenomenal customer service. Having quite a dramatic puncture 30 minutes before close, we rolled the car into F1 and unfortunately the tyre couldn’t have been repaired…in addition the tyre wasn’t in stock. We understood we would have to wait for another day but Dave went above and beyond and called local garages to see if they had stock and went to the extent to have one collected before the garage closed. We were both completely blown away by the customer service here and was exceptionally refreshing! When we said thank yous at the time, Dave just replied “I’m just doing my job” but I would love to recognise that while Dave is, he is doing it exceptionally well! Thank you again!

Had a double puncture in a tyre which they fixed quickly and for a good price. Friendly and professional service. Recommended.

So, I was in desperate need of a new battery to be fitted for my car. Halfords sold me a battery and told me they could fit it there and then, the battery fitter looked at my car and said that he couldn't do it in case he shattered my windscreen. He advised me to take it to a garage to get the battery fitted. After a recommendation from a colleague I took my car to Formula 1 first thing in the morning, old battery in situ and on it's last legs, hoping to the battery God's that they would be able to save me from breaking down everywhere at the worst possible times and needing jumpstart's most mornings and after work. Formula 1 delivered! They saved the day! Peter the technician was absolutely fantastic and reassured me that he could do it. When I arrived that evening I was greeted by Dave and expected to pay an arm and leg for the fitting. I was pleasantly surprised at the value for money, and grateful especially just after Xmas. I received great service from Dave and his team today. They were extremely efficient, friendly and very helpful in getting my car wheel replaced. I couldn't have asked for a better job done anywhere else. Will definitely be using Formula One again in the future!

They went out of their way to match a lower price, and they said that the offer the other place was giving must be losing them money, but due to their help we agreed to a compromise, took a while to get the stock as I wanted a specific tyre, and given Xmas putting pressure on everyone I just waited for them to let me know when they came in.

Well got them fitted the other day and now my TPMS sensor is happy for the first time in a long time, they also surprised me when they said they would not put my stainless steel locking dust caps back on, because they cause problems with the thread being copper on the valve which surprised me, never heard that before.

But then you don't until you experience an issue, or as in my case are warned it would cause an issue, so grateful for the advice as it saved me from more expense later on, and was happy to follow the advice.

Not sure other places would be as aware, I know when I had a tyre sensor replaced they said nothing about it then, and they were the same dust caps on back then, so no hesitation recommending at all, the knowledge and honesty is worth it.

Terrible service, rude staff, no updates. Has to ring myself several times to find out what was going on. Turned out very little. Overpriced, con artists, avoid at all costs and go to any other garage in Guildford over this place.
