Formula One Autocentres - King's Lynn

Excellent communications, there was a problem with a piece of equipment so the guy called the day before to ask if we could rebook, no problem at all.
On the day the car was taken straight through, I'd booked an MOT and wheel alignment check, I had an evoucher so the bill was not a lot!!
Whilst there I was looking at the pricing for the service, now I must say their prices are super reasonable!! The charge for a full service and what they do was way cheaper than the independent garage I used last time by way over £100!!
Needless to say I will be using them for my servicing from now on, super impressed!!

EXCELLENT service! I was stuck in Hunstanton, in need of a new spare tyre and wasn't sure I could get it sorted before everyone closed. I called F1 - they had the tyre waiting when I got back to Kings Lynn, and they got it fitted in record time. Pleasant and friendly service from start to finish. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Very happy with work done and how I was treated with the issues that arose but we're sorted out to my satisfaction. Will be continuing to being our vehicles here on that basis.

A guy called Oliver at the front desk who couldnt figure out how to get out an open box....hasn't got a clue, They've had my car 3 weeks, I've lost most my wage and all this man can say is we won't charge you but we can't fix it....and they can't even tell me what they've actually done...and it wasn't till I decided enough was enough that I asked them to tell me what the crack was, after all I wanted them to have the time they needed, as I know the pressures of paranoid customers ringing up for updates....all they can say is oh we don't know thought you were coming to collect.....this company is a joke AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Terrible service, dreadful experience, they do not care about communication with customers! Oliver promises to call ME back I find myself still calling them at my nearest tight scheduled convenience!!! shall not be coming here again!

Tried to charge me over £700 for repairs to pass an m.o.t,took my car to another garage down the road for a second opinion and the bill was £79...after many years of using this company across the country I will never use them again! AVOID!
