Unfortunately I can not recommend KL Cars. Poor customer service.
I bought a car from them. I wanted to drive test but they said there is everything OK. When I wanted to drive away I realised there is something wrong with gearbox.
Few days after when I asked them for invoice they ignored me.
I do not know how did it pass MOT without advisory as car had completly worn front break pads, discs needed to be change as well.
Description looked perfect but reality was different.

Do not buy a vehicle from this garage they're an absolute joke. The guy has no customer service skills and is just rude! We are hugely out of pocket thanks to him and will be taking it further with trading standards. In my personal opinion he is advertising vans + vat that are not plus vat just for the extra cash. Will be reporting this garage.

DONT BUY FROM HERE. No receipt given and sold a dodgy van that needed loads of work done. Fuel sender unit, 4 New tyres, Broken wing mirror and EGR cooler cost me over £1500. Told me he done all the work needed before he could sell but didn't. Demanded cash to avoid VAT. Very very rude. DONT know how they are in business.

Thanks for the review are local mot garage has high standards if there was any thing wrong with tyres or brakes it would of failed and we would of done it.ss with your gear box fault why didn't u contact us or bring car in thanks again for the review

Bought a van from here, ran it for currently 250 miles, no issues with either the van or KL commercials. I would use again if I need another van in the future 👍

Very unprofessional, delivered a van to me which was over priced, when it turned up was in worse condition than described. It had an electrical fault interior light was not working, reversing light stopped working so I took it back to him, now headlights not working, dash lights go on and off, but because its gone past the months warranty he has stopped answering texts and phone calls. Would not recommend this business unless you want be ripped off

Brilliant, great communication, even chased me up after the sale was completed and I was home to make sure everything was fine
