Bought a Ford Focus from here recently and was very impressed with the way it all went. The car was well prepared and the sales process was calm and relaxed, with no pressure from anyone. As I wanted to take my car away on a private plate, the admin team made sure all the paperwork was ready so, come collection date, there was little left to do, meaning I could enjoy my new car straight away. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience with Sandles this year. I found my dream car online and called and Spoke to Ali Done, who got all the information I wanted quickly and efficiently. I was not local, but Ali kindly fitted in an appointment for me at my convenience. When I arrived ALL of the team were wonderfully friendly and helpful. I felt really comfortable and welcomed. The car was brilliant and Ali made sure he got everything sorted so I could take it away the same day! Great service and I would look to buy from them again.

You will find this company hard to beat. Found the vehicle I wanted online. Phoned to ask a few questions and spoke with Gina who straight away made me feel a valued customer. I was offered a very fair price on my vehicle PX. The whole team welcomed us into their new offices and the paperwork was completed quick and stress free as we chatted with Gina who is very pleasant to deal with. we were so impressed with our service my wife has also up graded her car with Sandles. What a breath of fresh air! I have have been operating within this industry (business and private) for a LONG time and have seldom seen a company who deal in 'value' over all else. From early contact with the fantastic admin team through to conversing with Ben and John, the efforts made to make the process almost enjoyable was infectious! I sold them my Wife's 6 year old high spec Evoke, they quoted a great price but more importantly stuck to it once they saw how clean it was (for a 6 y/o car).
Sandles, it was an absolute pleasure, keep doing what you are doing and I'm sure our paths will cross again.......maybe on a track day John/Ben?!
