Cannot express how easy it was to deal with Garry! I sold my 2017 Mini JCW to Garry Super professional and extremely understanding! Had a few problems with my new car and Garry was super understanding and helpful and above all patient no pressure to get the car quick or anything like a normal dealership and with a cracking deal way above any other dealership appraisal! haven’t got a bad word to say about Storm of Leicester! Cannot forget Rich who had to drive to collect my vehicle and was extremely patient as well while I was checking the finance was settled on my vehicle he put no pressure to get back home he is a credit to your team! Bought this stunning RS4 from Garry at Storm & the service was second to none from day one to after service.Garry took time out to do a personalised video for me & sent it to my phone (which I'll be honest more or less sold it for me) but the excellent service didn't stop there Garry made the process easy throughout even doing my tax for me & helping me out with my insurance.I cannot recommend this dealership enough.Had a laugh,a man chat & a brew...the most relaxed I've ever been buying a car...this is how car buying should be.
