Really grateful to Daniel Goodwin and the rest of the Stoneacre team for a great car buying experience. Its unusual to deal with a large dealer group who don't try to sell you what you don't need. Unlike many others they don't try to inflate the advertised price by charging "admin fees" and "fuelling fees" etc.

The epic journey to collect the car and drive it home was well worth the effort - I travelled over 200 miles from the South Coast on three trains and a taxi to pick up the car for my daughter. She was thrilled with the car and I was thrilled with the deal! Other motor dealerships should take note on how to excel with customer service.

Brilliant service I purchased my car from them during lockdown but Andrew sorted everything over the phone as far as the sale and the service was the best I've received, he did everything he could to meet where I wanted to be as far as the price for the car without being pushy.
When I collected the car it was a great experience and everything was sorted for me without any queries.
Thanks to Andrew and the stoneacre team for making my buying experience great as I've had some shocking experiences elsewhere before, will definitely be using them and recommending them to others 👍

Great service from Daniel in the sales team. Very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. The Hyundai Ioniq 5. Was able to answer all my questions which was refreshing compared to some other dealerships I've dealt with. Did me a good deal with no messing about. Highly recommended.

Had my Car in for MOT and service at the chesterfield branch and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend the Hyundai branch. Always use them

Service over the phone was fine but, when I went to collect parts I was left standing at the counter for over 5 minutes even though the person in the office saw me walk up to the counter through the window.

Were. in the middle of showroom refurbishment and we dealt with a salesperson who had only recently joined the business and was having to work out of a noisy Portakabin. I have dealt with Stoneacre and its predecessor on this site for 7 of the past 10 years and only ever received great service. We got a good deal on our vehicle exchange but the overall experience was overshadowed by a couple of minor details: A minor nick on the front bumper hadn't been fixed and no one had bothered to find a set of floor mats for us to drive off in what was otherwise a perfectly presented "new" vehicle. Minor niggles, and we would like to complement Jake, our sales advisor, on his caring and considerate manner, despite the difficult circumstances mentioned at the outset.

Fantastic service! We popped in to make an enquiry about a vehicle. Was given a warm welcoming, offered a seat and a coffee. Everyone was so friendly and made an effort to get to know us and what car I was buying. I booked a test drive and less than a week later I now have a new vehicle and a very big smile on my face. Fantastic service from Antony you have been an absolute star to deal with, as well as the others who we met and spoke with. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I can't believe that there are so many positive reviews. I had literally the worst service of any car sales place I've ever used. I must have been incredibly unlucky and never got through to the correct person or something.

I don't mind that we had to wait ages for our new car. That's because of the general issues in the world at the moment and I can understand it.

What I do mind is that every single time I phoned for anything at all I was told that no one was available but someone would call me back. Then no one phoned me back. This happened repeatedly over the course of the year and happened every single time I called, even when it was a follow up to an earlier call where no one had called me back.
Note - I didn't call every day for a progress update or anything stupid, these were legitimate calls about getting the car and some adaptations sorted.

When I did manage to speak to someone, they never knew the answer and always had to call me back. Guess what...

I'll be using an alternative Seat branch instead in future and based on my experience I'd recommend that these guys are avoided until they improve.
