We enquired about a land rover discovery a few days ago customer service was outstanding very informative and so kind and helpful , nothing was a problem to them and they really went that extra mile for me and went above and beyond expectations , although I couldn’t view the car because of covid I was sent a virtual video and pics of all documents which really put my Mind at ease , this must be the only garage in my years of driving where I have had an amazing professional experiance . I was kept informed every step of the way and the vehicle was delievered to me at very short notice . No problem with the vehicle so far and very happy with it , first class all the way would really recommend these guys you won’t be disappointed:) thankyou again

Thank you The Motor Company for supplying me a great car. Even as a mechanic of 30 years it is still a daunting prospect buying a used car, you do not know the history of the car or how previous owners have looked after it, and neither does the company selling the second hand car, all you can hope for is the seller lists the car honestly and correctly and care they have done their absolute best to provide a nice car.

I was in the need of a car urgently and they had a Ford Focus that was just was looking for, i just did not have the time to run around viewing cars and as a mechanic i could fix anything in any case so i took a gamble and bought the car based purely on their listing. The Motor Company went above and beyond to deliver the car to me the same day and were obviously proud of the car they were supplying me, they were concerned about me and if i liked the car when they arrived and encouraged me to lift it up on my ramp to have a proper look at it before the sale was completed.

I have spent the full day lovingly servicing my new car, i have checked every nut and bolt and i could not be happier, ive been lucky not only to find a fantastic car but also to have had a stress free and pleasant experience from The Motor Company. Thanks guys.

Messeged through WhatsApp and had a fast response to arrange a visit. Was professional and was in no way pressuring to make a decision.
Fast process in completing the paperwork as he completed it online for me. The car itself had no parcel shelf however he ordered one for me one to collect a few days later.

So, bought a car from this dealership at the end of 2021 exact date was 20/12/21, everything seemed okay and they were helpful yes, however, i have already had to fully service the car and fit new back brake pads due to the service light and brake pad lights coming on, in total I've already had to pay over £600 for repairs on a car that i hadn't even had for 3 weeks. Even the small courtesy things such as the car being filled up when you buy it didnt happen as i had to put a full £80 tank in straight away even after i spent nearly £200 getting there. They gave the car a fresh MOT and fitted 3 new tyres, however these tyres are second hand and the front two tyres are the wrong size as they are too big and rub the inside wall. Ive had no level of compensation offered for all this safe to say im overly disappointed.
