I collected my MINI from Otter Motors almost a month ago now and I am very happy with the car. Since Otter Motors is over 50 miles away from where I live, Tom arranged for the car to be prepared so I could view it and drive it away on the same day, rather than make 2 separate journeys. As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I saw the car parked up and knew it was the right one for me. Despite being 4 years old, the car was in immaculate condition and looked brand new thanks to the way it had been cleaned and valeted. Tom explained all of the features of the MINI to me as it was very different to my previous car, and reassured me that I could contact Otter Motors in the future if I had any questions or problems. Excellent dealership, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a MINI or BMW.

Bought my X1 there a week ago. Car is brilliant and running well. The service offered by Toby and Tom is second to none. Otter Motors went over and beyond customer service when I bought my mini countryman. They brought the car to me on a low loader free of charge which was excellent as I lived so far away. When I had to access my warranty with them, they were fantastic and so helpful. Could not fault their service and would have no hesitation in recommending their cars and warranty.
