I was looking for a specific Range Rover Sport which FG Cars had available. I visited the showroom on a Sunday to view the vehicle. The service I received was amazing, the staff answered and the questions I had, and went above and beyond.
I paid a deposit, arranged a collection date, the car was in an immaculate condition as seen and ready to drive away.

The vehicle arrived on the day we agreed and they took my car away part-ex and the transfer was smooth and fast.

The 2nd day of owning the car I noticed the parcel shelf and engine undertray were missing. I contacted Kieran and he had the money sent over so I could order them myself and have them delivered to me!

Do not park on their forecourt - had my car hit by one of their employees, they didn’t own up to it and tried to t-cut out the dent 🥴 chased them up for liability insurance and they would not provide 👎👎👎 don’t go here, the cars are poorly maintained, upon arrival we saw an employee using a touch up pen on a BMW that had just arrived, when we left we saw the same BMW for sale, bunch dodgy blokes

In response to FG Cars - you failed to provide liability insurance details and have since been reported to the police for leaving the scene of an accident without exchanging valid insurance details - it was in the car park for your dealership… was hit by one of your dealers or garage mechanics moving the motor home on your land

Bought a van from them in august and on the way home of 500 plus miles the van cut out number of time and I put it down to sitting for a bit but now had to do a full service that they said they done but hadn’t and van still cuts out and even at 70mph no warning I’ve had to replace the fuel pump as thought to be the issue but still doing it emailed them nothing and also took two weeks for them to tax it that I paid for on the day of collecting and still waiting on the log book for it every poor way to do business very disappointing

Brought my car from these in January it was supposed to have been serviced but I’m afraid an oil and oil filter change is not a service. I took it back for them to fit a new battery as it wasn’t holding a charge they said they changed the air and pollen filter while I was there. The car is now due another oil change which I would normally do my self but it will have to go to a garage as the sump nut is totally rounded off I can only assume this Was done by Fg cars mechanic. Along with all the other faults I have found with this car I would recommend people to stay away from these cowboys

I recently bought a Van from this company and part ex'd my old vehicle. Throughout the process the guys I dealt with were great, communication spot on and I really felt they looked after me. I'd recommend this company for sure. Thanks especially to Tim, Kyle and Kieran!

Our second car with these guys and what can i say... Best service! Very customer focused, respectful and gives you the best advice ever! Got our AUDI, with full service history and guys even changed cam belt for us! Amazing! Quality job guys, keep it up!
