I bought my new suzuki from this showroom last year. I have since taken my car in for a couple of product recalls, and a service. I've found both the sales and aftercare to be excellent here, really good, friendly and prompt customer service. I love that they also give my car a clean each time I take it in, a nice touch for the customer. Keep up the great work!

Great service from Nadine and the team right from initial contact with the dealership when she provided a personalised video of the vehicle on a Friday evening, through to arranging a test drive next day and on to completing a seamless handover only 4 days later. All in all a smooth and enjoyable car buying experience.

On Friday 13th January 2023 I attended Acorn Suzuki, Crewe. I was greeted in the showroom by a most pleasant and professional young woman, Emily I think? She was courteous, standing up when I came to her desk and fully explaining what work was to be done to my car. Whilst in the showroom I was approached by a salesman who again, was most courteous and with a great sense of humour. He actually spoke to me and not at me. We discussed a range of topics of conversation. My car later in the day was brought round to me by Emily and I noticed that it had been fully valeted. Spotless!! What a great dealership. Will I be using Acorn again? You bet. 10/10 all round. Now, why can't all dealerships be like this?
