I recently purchased a car from collier David and I have been very impressed with the dealership I had a budget for the car and Tom and Duncan found me a very good car with reasonable low mileage and in mint bodywork condition
The car was delivered to me on time fully valeted with a years mot and a service and a service history
At the end pick up time Duncan apologised for only having one key but assured me that if the other key was not brought into them by the previous owner within a few days they would take the car and have a second key made
Well true to their word Duncan literally came to my home picked up the car and took it away to be programmed for a replacement key and a couple of hours later had my car back along with the new key
As a customer service manager when I was working I am now retired know the importance of the customer relations and I was impressed with the service that I have received from collier David
I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to anyone seeking to buy a good value used car especially parents thinking of buying a first time car for their children I would buy with confidence from here without a doubt
As a pensioner my budget was tight but these guys helped me with everything and even took care of helping me tax the vehicle and done all the re registering for me there and then in the office on the morning I picked up the car
