We ordered our car in January and was delayed due to issues outside their control. They kept us informed and were totally approachable and friendly.

When car was due in they were so easy to deal with and efficient and Tony was great.

I bought my MG HS phev from Bushey Heath Garage and it is been an absolute pleasure. Very friendly staff. Mr Tony has gone above and beyond to help me get my car within the time frame promised. It could have been a long wait in the current circumstances for car manufacturing. Mr John has given very clear information over the phone about the essential extras for car. There is absolutely no hidden charges whatsoever. I would recommend giving them a visit as there are not many car dealers who are straightforward in sales and has a responsibility to the customers.

Not many parking slots for arriving customers,Good customer service, but during our call to set time within chosen appointment day, we been told that car can be dropped off at any time. But on our arrival lovely adviser was telling us we should set the time and because that's wasn't done over the phone it may take much longer than normal scheduled service time (means will have to wait until all other cars are done that day ;( )?

Great customer service from the beginning till the end. Tony was always on the other side of the phone and kept us informed in regards to our car. They even charged out car and put some petrol in so we didn't have to worry ☺️ They were very accommodating and supportive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their next car. I bought 12 vehicles from this company over the years, latest being 2022 MG ZS EV Trophy long range, that should say enough on its own. Great really helpful team and 5* service every time. I can also highly recommed the MG EV cars as good reliable and fantastic value for money.

First got to the dealer and was greeted with a smiling face, I came to see a specific car and was urged to take it for a test drive to get a feel for it. When I got back I had a tonne of questions about the vehicle and equipment which was all answered helpfully and professionally. The dealer insisted on getting two new tyres and a service before I took the car which was a bonus at my end. From start to finish the process was very good. Thanks to Kev, Jonathan and Tony.
