Excellent customer service. Been there a time or to, collecting and delivering trucks. Always get a cuppa. Men are always helpful loading and unloading.

Absolutely appalling service from my most recent visit, never have I ever been so disgusted by any service in my entire life. In the past, I've had good visits but my most recent one was completely disrespectful, a complete disgrace and let down due to an employee. They were rude, unwelcoming and abhorrent, I went to this place one hour and thirty mins before it's closing time as stated and this man had the audacity to say "why couldn't you come earlier" to which I was going to respond before he shouted and yelled becoming more and more aggressive for no reason whatsoever. I hope you're reading this whoever you were because you are an absolute disgrace and if you treat any other customers the same way you treated me, I can tell you that you are an appalling person with the worst service I have ever laid eyes upon and frankly you make me sick. Will not be returning here due to this most recent visit and warn anyone who visits this place for their first time. If you don't want anyone coming 1 hour and 30mins before you close then change your damn schedule and do not verbsllv abuse customers.

After lots of very expensive quotes and answers of sorry no .. rush green motors were more than helpful and were able to find not just the one part I needed but both sides of bulb holders with bulbs that worked and had them all ready to collect when I arrived from a lovely gentleman .. very happy and my car is safe now ..

Customer service of the car yard was superb could not fault nigel however I wish I could say the same for the truck side of the yard,

never been spoken to in my life the way I was today, and to also be told that he does not need my kind of business is discusting, being a scrap yard you would expect to buy parts of vehicles ....... Apparently this is not what he is there for!

very bad experience, was not not allowed to take parts off an engine, not made to feel welcome there, brutish behavour. no wonder its all rotting away,

Always find buts and bobs we need for our vehicles. Great place and the staff are knowledgeable and very nice!!
