Bought a Volvo V50 from these guys a few weeks ago. Price was fair and they offered me a fair PX deal on my old vehicle.

Now the world of buying used cars is a murky one and it's a bit of luck with mechanicals sometimes. Unfortunately the car had a few issues. This is the thing, the garage have been brilliant. They have replaced gearbox and clutch with no hassle and lent me a car while being fixed. No hassle and no fuss. You would struggle to get the level of service I have had from these guys at a main dealer. Honestly have recommended them to friends and family. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. This is a genuine review and not a made up one like a lot of companies do!! Thank you guys.

My husband bought a car last week from here Rosie and her dad was really helpful they couldn't do enough They told us everything we needed to know about the car. Even took it for a test drive on our own . Outstanding service from the most genuine, helpful and kind team at RS motors. Our needs were very specific, Ed visited several times but never felt pressured. They went out of their way to find us the perfect vehicle. Really pleased with the part exchange price offered for my car and the whole process and buying and selling transaction was the easiest it could have been. I never write reviews generally, however due to the service provided by Rosie and her team at RS motors I feel compelled to review this car dealers.

From the beginning of viewing the car online and requesting a video of the car every step of the way the service was second to none. My husband and son made the trip from London to Redditch you to view, test drive and purchase an Audi A1.
Within a 48 hour period of getting it home we realised there was a problem with the gearbox.
I called Rosie and explained that a mechanic had looked at it and diagnosed the problem, I was offered to get it fixed through my mechanic and the cost would be covered however due to his workload it couldn’t be fixed for 3 weeks.
RS came and collected the car within 24 hours fixed the problem, provided receipt and invoice and delivered the car back in perfect condition.
I cannot sing the praises of this car dealers enough!
If you decide to purchase a car from here you will not be disappointed with their honesty, integrity and service.

Bought a shogun from RS back in July. It's been a great truck, on original test drive the car unfortunately encountered a problem. Rodney was quick to get it sorted and assured me it would be right once fixed and offered me back for a 2nd viewing/extended rest drive. I went back test drove and bought it. It hasn't missed a beat since. Cheers Rodney 👍
