Second attempt at appt to sell car first one failed as they overran with another client who didnt even have an appt. second attempt, waste of time even the guy serving us felt bad at what was offered for the car, he said it was ridiculous but his hands were tied.
Dont bother, unless desperate these people are a rip off

Just turned up to sell my car without an appointment, was offered a very fair price for the car considering its condition. Jake who worked there was very friendly and explained everything to me at every stage. Would recommend- from beginning to end the process took 20 minutes!

Do yourself a favour, use this lot to set your reserve price and eBay your car or sell directly to any dealer. Worst negotiation ever, 2 brand new tyres and 12 month MOT, half an hour of searching for problems and the pictured dent on the edge of the door was all they found. Slightly longer than a pen nib was reason enough to knock £1,000 of the initial quote. Utterly ridiculous and a total waste of time. I know a few people switching cars in the coming months and oddly I will be asking them all to come here if they have time when doing their shopping. That way anyone reading this will see the trend as they post their own reviews. Great game though, get a quote form this lot and then see how much and how fast you can beat it. I had £9800 from a Mercedes dealer, we buy any car letchworth price £9,000 and change. So glad I had this quote before going down. Cheapest on autotrader for my car is £11,339. Technically they aren't theives, this is the most positive thing I can say.
