excellent service, very welcoming. went there with a problem fitting some simple pedal covers which turned out to be a very hard job & was charged a very reasonable price considering the time taken. Lovely little workshop was glad i popped in to see the beautiful cars on show and the welcoming kind staff members. I will use them again and would happily consider them to a friend or family member.

Quick turnaround and decent cost for my RX-8 service, would have my pride and joy serviced here again, and I am a fussy customer! Better than the dealership in my opinion.

Bought a car from
Bespoke last Friday a part exchange to clear. Drove the vehicle home, when reverse parking engine started stuttering. Took it to my local and been there all weekend didn’t want to risk causing more damage. So in a nut shell I bought a car with the following issues that were never mentioned on the ad:
1. The seller cleaned the engine bay so well that each coil had to be removed and dried with a cloth as it was dripping water.
2. The automatic folding mirrors, seller mentioned that they came off the runners and didn’t have time to fix. When in fact they both need replacing and at speed both mirrors fold by itself and flaps!! Imagine changing lanes on the motorway with flapping wing mirrors!!
3. Screen washer pump faulty!! Will not pump water onto the windscreen! Which is an MOT fail!!!
4. No Air con. Maybe need a re-gas!! But who knows maybe it’s faulty!!
5. Breather pipe pierced in two locations - but only a reputable dealer will be aware of this as they would conduct a thorough check.

Total bill so far £80 as my local garage felt sorry for me! Screen washer will get fixed on Wednesday so that is not included as well as the air con! Air con alone if needs more than a re-gas might set me back £400!!

When confronted on the phone seller mentioned his garage report didn’t mention any of the issues above!! Of course the report wouldn’t say so... as there was not one done in the first place!!!

Avoid Bespoke Automotive! Selling cars that aren’t road worthy!! They look showroom clean and that’s about it! Don’t be fooled like I was!! Seriously thinking getting advice from the citizens advise bureau and trading standards!!

Bouught a part ex car, was told I would have the log book later that day or the next day, and that the previous keeper wouldn't be claiming a refund so there would be no need to tax it. I stupidly drove the car away, it's been 4 weeks to date and I still have no log book and the car is untaxed due to current law. Not having a log book I am unable to tax the car so cannot drive. He has ignored all calls and messages and now is back tracking on a previous review telling me it will take 6 weeks.if he was honest with me in the 1st place I would not of purchased the car as I needed it day to day. One would expect a dealership to have a log book when selling a car. Please be careful when dealing with these......they have caused me a great deal of hassle.

I can't fault Bespoke Performance, you won't find a better place to buy your next dream car.
They are polite, helpful and well informed. Bought my car at a very fair price considering condition and mileage, couldn't have been a better experience.
I live 200 miles away so when I had a few niggles they went out of their way to help, I received the part I needed the next day and they talked me through fitting and set up.

I sent my Mazda RX-8 for some work and an MOT. As I got it delivered via flat bed, the staff let me know when it had arrived. All of the requested work was completed in a timely fashion and I was kept up to date along the way. The staff were extremely pleasant and friendly to speak with and carried out the work to an exceptional standard and an admirable cost. I will definitely be using again. Great all round service.

I have been servicing my beloved TVR Tuscan with Bespoke Performance for more than 10 years and it has always been first class job. You can really see the whole team really love their cars and take great proud and respect with them. Definitely the place to take care of your sport (or not) car!
