How come you offered well below a quarter of the price of my jeep 's current value? . Even the dealer who we brought the new car from offered a much fairer price , three times as much as we buy any car. So seller check when trading in.

I was 12:00 appointment 25th Jan 2023. BMW535. You quoted 17000 online. Rounding figures for ease of reading….On site we found some stone chips (that had been correct by BMW main dealer but I will accept as visible) and you deducted £400, then you deducted another £400 as the mark on door was slightly larger than 3cm and deducted a final £100 because I was 3rd not 2nd owner. Vehicle has no further damage or marks, full up to date BMW main dealer service history and remainder of used car BMW warranty. My maths makes that 16100 yet your computer said £15700. You man did not know where this deduction came from, his manager on the phone said to say it was ‘due to things’ but could not say what? I WANTED to sell you my car, I WOULD have sold you my car if this mystery £400 could have been explained. On this experience I would have to advise sellers to look elsewhere. I would be happy to hear directly from WBAC if you read this. Just feels like you reverted to your bad old ways and habits.
