Excellent service from the guy there but was supposed to receive an email to confirm everything....... This still hasn't arrived so I had to take screen shots on my phone of all the details on the guys computer screen. Bit unprofessional

Sold my BMW M140i to the Lichfield branch yesterday. Completely hassle free got a good price for it and the guy there was really nice. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend

All seems great at the start the price that was offered was great until I handed the keys over and was told 3 days later they wasn't paying the original amount but they would pay £3000 take it or leave it.

Fair price given for car and relatively hassle free process. However conflicting advice and information given between different members of staff. Staff didn’t seem to be too invested or interested in the process to be honest.

Very helpful and friendly, the chap was professional and explained everything well. The final balance was acceptable and not too far off the quote. Very swift transaction- would certainly recommend.

This is the best way to sell your car without any stress . The criticisms I can make is the price given when you actually come to the point of sale is less than quoted without any real reason but the big one that must be addressed is the admin charge along with a fee for getting your money at the point of sale and even with a charge you don’t get it until the next working day if it’s over £15000 that information is not anywhere that I can find.. That said the process is simple quick and definitely a company I can recommend and use again.
