Bradley Car Sales Ltd

Absolutely horrific experience with bradley car sales. I was sold a car in horrendous condition such as wheel nut missing, worn discs, no airbags, the boot didn’t open, the airbox was not screwed closed, the car was overheating very quickly and going into limp mode. When I contacted them regarding these issues I was informed they would refund me but a £500 admin fee would be charged. Which to when I asked where these were in their t&c’s I found out they didn’t actually have any! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH BRADLEY CAR SALES, my advice would be to go to a more legitimate and safe dealership or car sales.

I advise everyone to stay well away from Bradley Car Sales.

I will list the entire process I went through:

Purchased the car from site, drive two minutes down the road and the engine light comes on, at this point I take the car back for them to fix the problem. (Issue with the exhaust auto emissions sensor)

Go to collect on the Tuesday morning, the car is all sorted and is ready to go. Shortly after putting a full tank of fuel in the vehicle, it starts miss firing and then comes to a stop, this time it’s a different problem, something to do with the engine head gasket. As the repair man comes to help get the car going again, his exact words were "it's no problem we'll just glue it back together. At this point I asked for a full refund and my money back for the fuel I had put in it, to which they agreed.

As I got back to sight, the cabin where there is usually one or two people, there was 10 men all surrounding me, as you can imagine this is just an intimidation tactic and it works very well. They then processed to tell me they weren’t going to refund me the money for my fuel as it was no good to them and that it was my fault for putting a full tank in.

I ended up getting a refund for the car, but walked away with more problems than I started with i.e. insurance cancellation fees, struggling to get a tax refund and no refund for the fuel

If I can give any advice to anyone who see’s a vehicle from this place, stay the hell away

I bought a car from this garage 2 weeks ago. I have had nothing but problems. I have told them I want it repaired but will need to be collected as the engine light has come on and it loses power when driving. I have rang them , e-mailed them and no reply. I would not recommend buying from this company as they sell cars that are not fit for purpose. My advice pay a bit more and go to a well established car dealership.

Excellent Service! Lots of variety for cars with different prices, staff was really helpful when we asked questions and wanted to know more about the car. We had spent a couple of months trying to find a nice car at a good price and this place is definitely the place to go if you are unsure about what you want or need any help with finding your perfect car. I highly recommend!

I bought a Volvo from them a few months ago and there was a problem with the heaters. The team at Bradley Car Sales were brilliant, they got my car to the garage and spent over £400 getting it fixed for me. Everything about my buying experience with them was great from start to finish, I would highly recommend them.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I’m not one to leave reviews but this place wasted my time to the max. I travelled HOURS (I’m talking 2-3 hours) to come and collect a vehicle that I had been very interested in for days just to arrive there and the car can’t even drive out of the car park because it’s that broken.
They handed back my deposit but it’s absolutely ridiculous that you would allow me to drive hours to get there just for the car to not work, at least check it works before saying it’s 100% ready for me to collect. You advertised it like everything in the car was fine and gave me the impression that it would be a great first car for a great price. Completely put off from this place and would recommend you don’t waste your time either.

Well I can say all the guys at bradleys car sales are absolutely 💯 percent great people, I have always been nervous about getting a car as we have never had any luck, so we read the reviews and came to bradleys. They was really great with us we perched an audi a4 and was easily helped through with the sale. As we got home the car came up with an engine fault and we explained to them what happened and got the fault sorted out straight away with no problems. All I can say is thank you very much for everything and a great family and friendly business will always be coming gems cars from yous again.

I was coming from far away and the guys at Bradley Car Sales were kind to keep the car while I was traveling. I was given plenty of time to view and test drive the car. No pressure whatsoever. I liked the car, left a small deposit and left.

When I returned the next week to collect the vehicle, something I had never expected happened. The online and mobile banking at Santander Bank went down. After 2 hrs waiting the bank was still offline leaving with me no means to pay.

You will love to hear what happened next. The manager at Bradley offered a contract with delayed payment. We jumped in the car and drove off, paid the next day once the bank came live.

His extraordinary gesture saved me another 2x200 miles trip. Turns out when technology fails you are at the mercy of other human beings. I don't wish anybody what happened to me but if it does, you can count on the guys at Bradley Car Sales.

Forgot to add -- while waiting, we were offered lunch and it was delicious!
