My mum who is in her 70’s put her fiat in for a MOT and it failed on a cracked suspension spring, she was quoted over £700 to have it fixed by fiat, we had the car fixed at another garage for £173.94 including VAT, please beware of using this garage they obviously have no shame of taking advantage of the elderly or anyone else. One star seems generous

The car was booked in efficiently and worked on with no issues. I was phoned when the car was ready for collection.

Great service from here always. Well managed and typically quick turnaround with most issues. Only down side is the wait to get a vehicle seen but then I wouldn't think that's something limited to this garage but more an industry standard.

I have used Lipscomb Fiat Maidstone for several years & have always felt more than happy with the service received.
I recently popped my newly purchased Fiat in for a MOT (not purchased from Lipscomb itself) It passed however Matthew the Technician brought to my attention a concern with the brightness of the Headlights.
I’m eternally grateful to Matthew because I genuinely thought the dimness I experienced whilst driving of a night was my imagination.
The difference following both front lamps being replaced was amazing.

Very short staffed and unprofessional, mislead me on a part that they said needed fixing, problem not fixed and £870.00 lost. Assume this is to pay the staff’s overtime as they are over run at the garage with work they keep taking on. Barry Wilson unhelpful and patronising in explaining why he felt ‘I’ had assumed wrong on what was being done, I’m sure a tactic he uses a lot on women. I would avoid for now as they are quite clearly struggling for money and really don’t care how they get it.

My car went in for its first service as me as it's owner, everything from walking in to picking my car up was great. Staff were friendly, explained what would happen and called me as soon as my car was ready to be collected. They followed up by calling me to make sure everything was OK the following day which I wasn't expecting. This is my first Fiat 500 but will definitely not be my last, an absolute pleasure. Thank you.

Bought a lovely minty fiat 500 from here a year ago and so far the service has been prompt, courteous and super professional. I definitely recommend.
