No problems. Went in on the off chance and immediately found a car I wanted. Test drove it and bought it straight away. Thanks to Nick and Joe for all their help. Most importantly it’s got the approval of these 2 🥰

Went to go and test drive a Ford, Richard was very helpful, showed me around the car. Brilliant customer service from him, very polite, didn't rush me into anything. Talked me through everything about the finance of the car, even came out and spoke to my other half about it all aswell.

Looking forward to be picking up my new car tomorrow. Would highly recommend the dealership

I enquired about a car that morning, spoke to a salesman over the phone to see if it was still available and I was told yes. He asked where I lived and I told him I was an hour away and I’d be over straight away. Upon getting there I was offered a test drive and took it out for half an hour. When I returned and got out of the car, another salesman came up to me and said it had been sold. I would have expected that the priority would have been given to the client currently at the store especially as I had just driven an hour to view it. Had I known I wouldn’t have bothered. Very disappointing.

The team sold me a lovely Volkswagon Tiguan R-Line which I am over the moon with and look forward to driving each day. They went the extra mile for me and I am very thankful.
They offered me warranty, serviced and MOT’d the vehicle for me at a time that suited. I was also given a courtesy car while they undertook the work.
In my experience great service is hard to come by so thank you for exceeding my expectations and making this deal a pleasurable one. I am so glad I came to you! You have restored my faith in car dealerships!

***DON'T SAY TO YOU WASN'T WARNED***
The Sparshatts Group Ltd. The branch should be avoided. They sold us a vehicle that became a miserable experience to be had.
We discovered a problem with the sat nav on the same day they shot the picture; it didn't seem to retract and was stuck in the open position.
We had written assurance that the garage would be liable for repairing the Sat Nav as part of the signed contract. We returned the Audi a week later because of the full audio malfunction.
After the Sparshatts held the Audi for a month, it was determined that the complete audio system was defective and would cost £3000 to replace.
Then Sparshatts carried out a hasty, insufficient repair that only lasted a few days and resulted in much more electrical failures than before.
We were able to reject the car at this point since we had seen enough and were aware that the initial attempt to repair the vehicle had failed. Resulting in its return.
Joe, the Havant branch manager advised us to check the Sparshatts Group website and that we may switch the car under the terms of the agreement. We discovered three vehicles that, plus or minus a few hundred pounds, were comparable in price to the Audi.
By this time, we were in the third payment period and had already made two instalments on the contract.
Even though we were already under contract with one loan company, it took Sparshatts Havant another month and many tries to sign us up with another one behind our backs and without our knowledge.
Our experience purchasing a car from Sparshatts was neither enjoyable nor rewarding.
When we called the loan company, they were ready to submit a complaint against Sparshatts Group to recover the full amount but were unaware that we had refused the car. It would take around a month to do this.
As part of their "customer service," Sparshatts gave us a complimentary courtesy car while the Audi was out of our care. We mentioned that the prior car was still ours and that it wasn't required. Joe, however, was quite emphatic that they fulfil their duties to provide customer service.
In the end, we had completed three payments under the contract, but we still lacked a car. Although Sparshatts was emphatic about providing a free courtesy car, the Blue Motor Finance Company received a full return, but it was at the full cost of what we had already paid for our less-than-perfect new car.
In this sense, I urge individuals to exercise extreme caution while transacting with this firm.

I have used sparshatts to buy a car twice now and have not been let down either times, went in there with a car in mind Sunday was greeted by Jim and drove my new car away Monday. Would definitely recommend Sparshatts Havant, if your reading reviews before going there first, take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt because I can honestly say they have never let me down. Walked away both times a happy customer who will always return.

I was asked to do a review on collection of the car so here it is. In terms of test driving, allowing us to view the car etc all fine, but unfortunately it seems as soon as your moneys handed over, the aftercare is pretty much non existent. The car was not valeted as promised, so was in the same state that we test drove it in which was disappointing after handing over my absolutely spotless car for part exchange. We have been emailing to sort an on going dispute about some window trims that we were promised will also be sorted, and almost 3 weeks down the line, I only seemed to get a response when I call the main branch to make a complaint. A week after my last email, still no response. Bitterly disappointed to say the least. I’m sure I will get contacted straight away after this review no doubt!
