Sales staff was polite but became rude to us at the end when we didn't go a head with purchase. Though had heard bad things about the after sales.
Though don't get me wrong as bad for one doesn't always mean bad for another.

A good honest garage, have bought several cars from here over the years. Reliable and speedy service...nice guys.

Despite its convenient location of practically on my door step I will never buy from here again! Says it all.

Travelled by train from South Kent to look at a car they had, asked very specific questions prior to travelling up which were all answered and so off I went.

They kindly collected me from the train station in the car and we went for a drive; air conditioning didn’t blow cold even though I had specifically asked if it worked and when arriving back at the dealership it transpired the parking sensors didn’t work either, again I had asked if all electronics worked correctly. When I mentioned the parking sensors he simply said “oh, I didn’t realise it had them” even though it was the first thing on the listing! He then said he’s happy to get his mechanics to look at it tomorrow but clearly this wasn’t an option as I’d travelled so far. I said that I’d have a look around the car and if all was ok we could work something out. Upon opening the boot I was greeted by lots of mould!

The carpet was sopping wet and when I lifted it up you could see water trickling in from the side of the boot; no thanks! He offered £100 off which was a joke, and then went as far as saying I could take the car and claim on the warranty, I’m certain this is fraudulent!

Not only that but the issues the car had wouldn’t even have been covered on the warranty anyway. Back to the station I went, bullet dodged.

We bought an old Mini Cooper from Steve and Mark at MKG. Really very helpful and couldn't do more to help. Picked the car up a week later and it had not only been MOT'd and serviced but they had replaced the front brakes too! It ran great for a few weeks but then we got an issue with the gear change being stiff. Was very impressed that the car was immediately booked in, the offending part replaced with new and they even lent us a courtesy car for the few hours it took. Now the car feels brand new. Could not be happier or recommend them more - great job guys!

Update: nearly 2 years on and the Mini has just clicked past 100k miles without missing a beat. We love it.
