The main difference with Michael and Lusso is that they actually listen and go out of their way to make sure the clients needs are catered for perfectly. This level of care is a real rarity in my view and worthy of praise.

He gave me a great valuation on my old classic car that had been sitting in storage for years as part exchange for my dream sports car. The level of customer service that you want but so rarely ever get. I had been looking a car for a while and contacted Michael who from the start was excellent. I looked at a few but ultimately didn’t go ahead. Michael remained professional and charming no sleazy sales pitch, “no problems, don’t worry we will find something”. Eventually we did and the whole process couldn’t have been easier, especially during COVID. He went out of his way to fit around me. Couldn’t recommend Lusso Prestige highly enough. Micheal makes the effort to provide the 5 star service. That coupled with his access to great stock sets him apart from the competition. Have already recommend him to a friend who has just bought a car.

Michael is an extremely laid back salesman. There is no pressure, and in the test drive passenger seat, has ball’s of steel. If you’ve dealt with all the other salesmen out there, you will find Michael alarmingly friendly in a genuine way. The car I bought is a thing of beauty. I am a private buyer who prefers to buy from private owners but on this occasion I would make an exception, repeatedly! Well done Michael, you’re earned your five stars.
