I drove down from Yorkshire to pick up this Leon black edition and Phil kept in touch with me throughout all the process. I love the car it feels brand new. Can highly recommend this dealership the best one I’ve used so far.

Excellent customer service at Snows, Leon was very helpful & knowledgeable about the cars we test drove, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. We received excellent customer service from Byron.. He had very good knowledge about the Arona. He was able to answer all of our questions and we did ask a lot!! In our experience this is unusual but very reassuring. We will be using Snows for our servicing in the future. Buying our new car here was a very positive experience.

Excellent all around when brought in for a service & MOT. I booked the vehicle in a few months beforehand with a breakdown of what I can expect to pay.

I received a call from Vicki the day before the appointment to confirm I was still able to proceed. On the day was flawless, it took only a few minutes to book my vehicle in, vehicle health check was sent to my phone within two hours of dropping it off, so I could see how it went before even getting the call.

Vicki even waited around after normal hours for me to collect as I was caught in bad traffic on my way to pick it up, as she was keen to bookend the experience personally. Can’t recommend enough, no question too much trouble, little or large. Thank you 👍🏻
