Just picked up our new Mokka! The whole showroom experience has been superb! From our first enquiry, first test drive and all the way through the buying process. Alan Slade was the most pleasant sales manager we have ever dealt with. An absolute credit to Rowcliffes! We will certainly be recommending Rowcliffes Taunton to all our friends! Really pleased I bought my car from Rowcliffes Taunton. I had a fault with my car, even though they couldn’t get it to reoccur when I took the car in, it gave me the piece of mind to continue on with my weekend plans knowing that there wasn’t an actual issue with my tyres. The guys behind the desk were brilliant, dog friendly and kept myself and my puppy supplied with drinks whilst we waited. Only downside was the choice of TV channel, a few hours confronted with BBC news doesn’t put you in the best spirits (but I won’t drop a star for that)! Even though I’m based in Bristol, so the garage is an hour away, the fabulous customer service makes that journey worth it! Keep up the awesome work Rowcliffes, you definitely take your jobs seriously and know how much peoples cars and their safety means to them, whilst making them feel like human beings whilst your working on the car. Very good service they were helpful and managed to repair the vechile within 3 hours and get us back on the road.

Picked up my Astra which I purchased from Rowcliffes Taunton about a month ago. Pete was excellent and has made the experience so good we are considering buying a second car with Pete and Taunton! Any issues/questions Pete was always responding promptly. My car had to have some work done which Pete made sure was done and definitely has made the experience the best one I’ve had at dealerships.

Had my car over two weeks- done no work after telling me “the little things won’t take 5 mins”. No eta on the part that needed fixing which after ringing 3 different garages could get next day. Didn’t return calls after saying they will come back to me with information and updates. Told me to “get a friend to weld it and we will pass it on mot if it’s good enough or just get sports exhaust” both which are ridiculous and ones a MOD…. Not impressed

Would not recommend this main dealer ever
Would not honour manufacturers warranty without first investigating the cause of the fault - It was only the power sockets, which turned out to be a fuse - Nothing in the warranty precludes the fault being fixed under warranty
