I cannot praise this dealership highly enough. We were looked after by Tim, the general manager, and he was a delight to deal with from first to last. His professional approach was superb, and there was none of the Salesman's Bull which is, sadly, all too prevalent these days. We got a very good deal on the car and I am totally.delighted with it. Thank you for an altogether very pleasant experience.

From the first point of contact to collecting my car the level of customer service was exceptional. Tim Penworthy-Hutchings is a credit to the company sales team, I made an enquiry on a used car by email and within 5 minutes I received a telephone call saying the car I wanted was available. After some negotiation we agreed a deal and I traveled down from the Midlands to collect my chosen car. My new car was superbly presented and I am very happy with the whole experience . Thank you.

Sold a new in stock car from under me this morning even though I was told I was first in line and once I received the pictures of it, I could pay a deposit immediately. This is after I tried to reserve over the weekend and spoke to their operations manager first thing Monday morning.

Very unprofessional no business etiquette, loyalty or customer service which you’d expect from a main dealer and part of the Helston Group. Then I get a rude and arrogant salesman who takes my call and says tough it’s the market and first come first serve. REALLY?????

No stock, so could not get anywhere, not really their fault as they just cannot get the stock, 15 months waiting.

I can highly recommend Truscotts. All the staff are highly professional and very caring. The environment there is just really nice. I took my Vauxhall there for an MOT last week and also for a re-gas. I couldn’t have been happier with the service all of the staff provide. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff make you feel valued. My favourite staff member is Mark although as I said they are all lovely.
