Recently purchased a RenaultSport Clio, Matt and his team were very helpful throughout the process. I asked for a few extra bits whilst the car was being prepped and nothing was a bother for them.
Great communication when a part was delayed and due to this they delivered the car as an apology free of charge. What great customer service.
Can’t rate highly enough and due to the way they operate their cars are flying out!!
Thank you 🙏🏼

My car was purchased by my partner and the paperwork stated, although hand written, that it was purchased from ‘Cambridgeshire Cars’ I started to have a few issues with the car so I searched the garage and found three with very similar names all with in a 20 miles radius of each other. As I was unsure which the correct garage was and my partner was away, I began contacting each garage regarding the work that was required. I spoke to an employee at Cambridgeshire used cars, I told him the registration of the car, it’s details and the issues I was experiencing and he provided me with the number for their workshop and asked me to book it in with them (Separate location to the sales garage) as it was still under warranty.
I contacted the workshop, once again provided all of my details and got the car booked in, at which point I was informed it would most likely take 7 days or so due to how busy they were (not a problem whatsoever) However, after a week of almost no contact I was told that they hadn’t been able to find the extent of the problem but they had done diagnostics and spent some time on it but it was going to take longer than expected. 12 days after the garage accepted the work and the car, I received a call from the owner stating that the car was not bought with them and had to have been bought from one of the other companies with a similar name, but as they had done work to the car I would now be charged for what had been done, despite the fact they willing took the car stating it was still under warranty! Two separate employees took the details of the car and at no point thought to check their systems to ensure the warranty was valid on it! Or that it was even purchased from them! They had only replaced a part that was not faulty and the owner asked me to pay for that plus the diagnostic testing and time spent on the vehicle. I was told that when I picked up the car I would be provided with the diagnostics to take the actual garage it is under warranty with.

It turns out, that in the 13 days they had the car, only 2.5 hours had been spent on it, bear in mind I was told it would take about a week to fully fix!
No diagnostics had been written down for me and the only information they could provide me with on the problems was the exact same information I had provided them with when I dropped it off. So practically two weeks later, I know nothing more than I did, the car still has the exact same faults but I also had to now pay for the pleasure of it sitting with them for this time.

To speak to and deal with, the mechanic Josh was more understanding of the situation, whilst the owners attitude to it revolved solely around payment and removing all responsibility from himself. The garage is not the only ones to blame, I hold my hands up on not knowing the specific place it was purchased from. However this would never have occurred had it not taken 11 days for anyone to check the details of the car!

Terrible. Bought a car with 6 months warranty. Within days the gears weren't going into place and I nearly had accidents with my kids in the car after they jammed on a roundabout. They had my car in the workshop for 3 months over summer in 40 something degree heat and gave me a go cart on wheels with no air con to drive instead. After 3 months they said the problem was fixed. I then drive the car and less than 2 weeks later the gear box goes whilst I am driving it and they haven't answered the phone to me or called me back since and its been over a month. Apparently their warranties amd customer services are not worth anything.

A really professional and friendly team, with a hard working and customer satisfaction oriented business. They will go above and beyond to get you the right vehicle and make sure that you are happy and safe with it.

I highly recommend them. Caring, professional and honest car sales company.

I bought an ex Norfolk constabulary R1200rt from them. Its a great vehicle and look forward to many years of blood service upon it.

Had my car a little while now. The buying and delivery process was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately, the car developed a couple of faults that had to be resolved through the warranty. Yet again, that was faultless. I've bought used cars from large companies and small but Cambridgeshire used car sales has to be the best up to now.

I have been driving over 40 years and bought many used cars in my time.
Without exaggeration this was by far the best experience I have had.
Ben and Matt were excellent. Showed a lot of patience after I paid a deposit as work commitments tied me up. Ben even delivered the car at a time that suited me. Good luck to both of them. Excellent customer service. Love my little Fiesta. Would recommend without hesitation

I bought my Focus from Matt back in 2018 and have only just moved it on. If it hadn't been for a growing family I would have kept for much longer. Matt's service was excellent. The car was almost as advertised - It wasn't until we walked around the car that we noticed a bit of a nick in one of the door handles. Not a problem however, matt was really quick to rectify and reduced the price in accordance. Not many places would do that. I believe I was either the first or one of the first to finance through him rather than use Zuto. The cost to finance was much lower than my other quote and the service was first class throughout. I'm on the lookout for a 7 seater and will be keeping an eye on what Matt has available, even if it is a 240 mile round trip.

Called to confirm the Volvo I wanted to see was there. It looks spotless online and I was goinf to make a good drive to see. They were professional right from the start. When I arrived, they drove the car for me so I could get a sense of how it ran at higher speeds before I got behind the wheel (hadn’t driven a manual in a few years).

It is a cat S car but they have a shop there that fix cars to a standard and it feels like they have .

The car was just as advertised and ran well. I really value the 6 month warranty and the checks they do before handing over . They also delivered the car to me at the day and time that worked with my teaching schedule- and the car runs beautifully!

I would recommend Cambridgeshire Car Sales!
