Great service, Richard and his family were fantastic to deal with. Very pleased with my Mercedes C class, it’s in fantastic condition and was priced reasonably. After care has been great too. I drove all the way from Cheshire to Southampton to purchase the car and wouldn’t hesitate to do the same again in the future.

I went there to part exchange my car 2013 Ford B-Max for Honda CR-V 2008. The car I purchased for its age was in excellent condition. I felt at ease buying it from there. Giving me proper time to have a look inside and have a test drive. I immediatelly loved the car after testing it as I always wanted to get SUV (but did not wanted to get finance). Part exchange was generous. I was offered a little bit more than quoted on Auto Trader.

Viewed a vehicle recently and straight away felt at ease, no pressure just a friendly relaxed viewing. I dealt with Richard who was a gent and we bought the car. On collecting the car Marie was so nice and Richard ran through all the car controls with me.
I live 200 miles from the garage and detected a problem with the car that would not have been noticeable unless on a motorway for many miles but without hesitation Richard advised I took it to a garage and get the problem diagnosed. This was done and the repair was authorised straight away by Richard so his word is his bond which is so refreshing in any trade let alone the motor trade.
