Not able to wait inside these days but everything done to keep you safe until your car is ready, keys/interior etc., sanitised before returned to you .. always use Horderns for my car services/maintenance .. I find them very helpful and knowledgeable re any problems that arise!

Great customer service, can't do enough to help.

This is a family run business where they understand customer service. The staff are friendly and very helpful.and not at all pushy. No hidden agendas or sales targets just straightforward talking and information.If you are in the market for either a new or used car I would recommend a visit to them. This one of the few car dealers that I would deal with so much so we bought a car from them recently.

What an absolute gem of a car dealership.
We have just part exchanged our car for a nearly new Peugeot 308 SW and can honestly say that this was the most positive car purchase that we have ever experienced.
No pressure selling techniques, no hidden fees or dodgy information, just good old fashioned customer service with a genuine interest in making sure the deal was the best possible.
Simon was an absolute pleasure to do business with, very knowledgeable and organised, with nothing being too much trouble. At all times he kept us fully informed with the progress of preparing the car, which was immaculately presented and prepared.
Definitely 10 out of 10 for the excellent all round service that was well worth all of the travel involved from NE England and more than happy to recommend the dealership, especially to anyone fed up with the big national garage chains.
