Booked my GP to have an Alcantara steering wheel fitted, the excellent customer service began from the moment Sheree welcomed me with a coffee and a smile, to when she drove my car round for me 1 hour later (washed and hoovered) with the new steering wheel fitted.
I was even sent me a video health check which was a very nice touch.
Everybody looked happy and they are quite clearly a great team.
I have always experienced good service with Mini dealers, but this dealership is most certainly the best.
Drive past the others and give this great team a try, you will not be disappointed.
My service is due later this year and I’m already looking forward to going back.... happy days 👍👍

Awful service from the sales team!!! My parents went there last week. Fully aware they might need to wait to see speak to someone about ordering a new Mini and they were completely ignored while two sales men chatted to each other, made coffee and walked past them more than once!!!! Not even "we will be with you soon"... TERRIBLE service and since i used to work for BMW & MINI, clearly the level of service has gone down hill from how we used to treat customers. Just overall a poor, poor service. Off to Audi we go!!

Excellent service from the staff here. In particular is Cheree, who is a wonderful member of staff on the BMW service side. Super helpful and goes out of her way to ensure you're looked after.

The sales team were so helpful and welcoming when I arrived to collect my new car. They spent time explaining the way all the new gadgets worked and showed me how to pair my phone to the car. Couldn’t fault the excellent service I received.

A very simple purchase process. My wife and I developed a good understanding with Darren Henshaw our Sales Executive. And all our wishes were executed with a great deal of professionalism. This was in strong contrast to other Mini dealerships and Sales Executives we spoke with.

I bought an approved used MINI from them this summer - I did it online and the first time I saw the car in real life was when it was delivered. They gave me absolute confidence that everything would be handled brilliantly and it was. When I encountered a problem a couple of months later, they were quick to respond and sorted everything without any fuss. A thumbs up from me.

Fantastic service from Sheree, she went above and beyond for me. The detailed video from Sam in regards to the issues with my car was brilliant. The whole process has been faultless and I highly recommend this dealer. I look forward to coming back in the future!

Booking a service use to be a simple thing, but Mini have taken to squeezing every penny from their customers. Needed a courtesy car, that’s £20 please! Ok that seems a bit wasteful, so I’ll wait in the dealership whilst it’s completed - just wasteful of (1.5 hours) my time instead! Booking in the car wasn’t smooth either, apparently the service manager didn’t realise that my JCW needed a brake change too (and the car wasn’t asking for it).. how, in this day and age, do people make a mistake like this? That’s another £100 please! Marvellous!
Not so great any more. 2-stars only for cleanliness and COVID procedures - which I wouldn’t have noticed if I could have just dropped my car off ;)
