I can’t recommend Alex and Wintry Motors highly enough. They say the mark of a good business is not necessarily how you are treated when everything is going right but more how you are treated when things go wrong. For the past 9 years I have always opted for a new car so when I decided to go for an older car, I was a little nervous to be honest. Well, I shouldn’t have been. We were met with a very friendly and efficient service. Alex was honest, informative and we immediately felt like we could trust him, and we were right to. It was soon after buying the car that we found Alex was a man of his word. Unfortunately, the car we purchased had a few problems. However, it was collected the same day, and taken straight in to have the problem fixed. We were even offered a car to drive until the problem was resolved. I must admit at this point I was a little nervous that I was going to get a bill when I arrived to collect the car but no! Just a friendly smile, an apology for any inconvenience and a breakdown of what had been done to further put my mind at rest. I seriously can’t recommend this company enough if you are thinking of buying a used car. Thank you for everything Alex

Great experience buying a 2014 low mileage Skodia Fabia from Wintry Motors. We noticed a minor issue on part of the paintwork which, after discussion, Alex has promised to rectify in the future, should the need arise.
